The next step that goes hand in hand with observing is learning. We should always learn new things. Learning as a designer helps prevent us from being irrelevant. I have also learnt that we should always accept new lessons with an open mind.
reflection
Throughout this semester, I really learnt to apply the ZIG ZAG PROCESS in my everyday life. One of the steps which I use pretty often would be to observe. I believe as a designer, we should always observe our surroundings to gain inspiration and to always be aware of what's happening around us.
